Remove your account and personal data
You can delete your CodesFly account and its personal data at any time. Because CodesFly and PVA Codes share one account, deleting it removes the account from both.
In the app
Open CodesFly, go to More, then Delete my account. Enter your password and follow the link we email you.
On the web
Sign in at your account and open Delete account at the bottom of the dashboard.
Without signing in
Send a request with the deletion request form, or email [email protected] from the email on your account.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, password, two-factor settings, device push tokens and support messages.
- Your order and number history linked to you.
What is kept
- Payment records in anonymised form, where the law requires us to keep them.
Before you delete
- An account that still holds balance cannot be deleted. Use your balance first, or contact support (balance cannot be refunded or withdrawn).
- Deletion cannot start while a number is still active. Let it finish or cancel it first.
- Requests are completed within 30 days, usually much sooner.
