CodesFly and PVA Codes. CodesFly is a sister service of PVA Codes and is run by the same team on the same system. One account, balance and order history are shared between the CodesFly app, the PVA Codes app and the PVA Codes website.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how CodesFly, a sister service of PVA Codes run by the same team, collects and uses your information in the CodesFly Android app and on codesfly.app. Because accounts are shared, your data is held in the same system as your PVA Codes account.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Order data: the numbers you order, the service and country, the SMS codes received, prices and your balance history.
Payment data: top-up records. Google Play purchases are processed by Google; we receive a purchase confirmation, not your card details. Payments on the web are processed by the payment provider you choose.
Device data: a push notification token, so we can alert you when a code arrives, plus app version and basic device information for security.
Technical data: IP address and request logs, used for security, fraud prevention and to keep the service working.
Support data: messages you send us.

3. How we use it

To provide numbers, show your codes and send code alerts.
To process top-ups and keep your balance accurate.
To secure accounts, including optional two-factor login, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
To answer support requests and send service messages, such as login codes or important changes.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use SMS codes for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, push notifications and number providers that deliver SMS to your number), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data. Payment records may be kept in anonymised form where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. You can delete your account yourself, see Delete your account, or contact us.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, and access to systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and turn on two-factor login.

8. Children

CodesFly is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
