Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the CodesFly app or website ("CodesFly", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CodesFly provides temporary and rental phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, so you can verify accounts without using your personal number. Because CodesFly is a sister service of PVA Codes, your CodesFly account is a PVA Codes account and the same terms apply in both.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.
• Give accurate information and keep your password and API key private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

4. Acceptable use

Use CodesFly only for lawful verification of accounts that you own or are authorised to create. You must not use the service to:

• break any law or the terms of the app or website you are verifying;
• commit fraud, impersonate others, harass anyone or send spam;
• attempt to access systems or accounts without permission, or interfere with the service;
• resell numbers or codes in a way that hides the source of abuse.

We may refuse orders, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Prices and payment

Prices depend on the app and country and are shown before you order. You are charged only when a verification code arrives on your number. Rentals are charged when you rent. Balance must be added in advance and is described in our Billing Policy. Purchases in the Android app are processed by Google Play.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Added balance cannot be withdrawn.

7. Availability

Numbers come from networks we do not control, so availability and delivery can vary by service, country and time. We do not guarantee that a particular service will accept a number or send a code. We may pause the service for maintenance.

8. Intellectual property

The CodesFly name, logo, apps and website are protected. App and website names shown in the service belong to their owners and are used only to identify which service a number is for.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CodesFly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or access to third-party accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time, see Delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
